Pros
The employees are pretty great overall- and the benefits are decnet.
Cons
Integration with ABB is actually making it worse rather than better. Benefits are going to suffer. Pay is lower than industry. Average and management is becoming increasingly less concerned with how you do it your job and more concerned with how much they like you.
