      Pros

      I always thought company culture was something HR tried to create to keep their employees happy every now and then until I experienced the company culture at B2BQuotes. It is anchored in all our DNA at B2B. Great team spirit, everyone is accountable and empowered. Collaborative and open to new ideas. Highly adaptable Yoga classes

      Cons

      Currently remote but cannot wait to meet everyone in person.

      Pros

      It may have been tough for some company teams to stay close during covid-19, but we just had an amazing trivia/halloween virtual party last night and it is a testament to the great team spirit at B2b, Self improvement in any way is always strongly encouraged and everyone gets his/her chance to voice their opinion and take on new initiatives which helps preventing monotonous work routines and helps developping new skills set

      I still haven't learn how to use the office's hoverboard

      - Working with a start-up that is definitely going places - Open-minded management team that listens to your suggestions - Great team and culture! - Great product that you can be proud of - Book club - Constant, never-ending learning and growth

      Cons

      None really. Only not being able to attend more team gatherings because I work remotely in a different province.
