Let us comment these statements one by one 1. Regarding the position change. This particular employee was based in Iran, encountering severe connectivity issues and struggling with VPN.There were numerous cases where he skipped agile ceremonies, missed important messages. Additionally, his manager (who is not of russian nationality), provided a critical evaluation of the employee's dedication and skills. Therefore we simply were unable to rely on him and assign him critical and significant tasks. Moreover the position change in our Group is always the result of the team member’s evaluation based on knowledge/skills and contribution to a common cause. This employee simply did not accept the helpful criticism and therefore was not able to be a team lead, tech lead or even a senior developer. 2. Regarding Vision and Plan. The individual is well aware that our organization has meticulously outlined roadmaps and plans not only for the current year but also for the upcoming year, making their statement about the lack of Vision and Plan completely untrue and moreover intentional lie. 3. Regarding the salary. Our compensation package is competitive and determined by the respective grades, as previously explained. Since this individual was not classified as a senior employee, his salary was in line with their current grade (as middle), and there were no issues with this arrangement, to which the individual had agreed. 4. Regarding the comments about the CEO. It is baseless to suggest that individuals who lack the requisite knowledge, skills, and dedication tend to make complaints about the CEO. The feedback we have received from other employees contradicts this claim, leading us to view it as a personal grudge 5. Regarding the 50 individuals. Yes, during this year, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation that resulted in parting ways with underperforming employees, some of whom were also engaged in other occupations. These individuals lost their convenient source of income, leading to some of them providing negative reviews, similar to this individual.

Therefore if the team member performs – he or she gets the very competitive remuneration as well as career growth what can be confirmed by many successful employees as according to our statistics around 25% of current employees are working in the company for more than 3 years, and around 10% working from the very beginning, some of them have grown from junior positions to C-level.
