I have been working in this company for many years now, but I have never written a review before. I started working as a customer service/pre-press associate and worked my way up to supervisor and for a few months manager. The company is a great place to learn and build a career in the printing industry. Like any other growing company in this particular industry, there are challenges and changes that one must bear. On that note I'd like to make one thing clear. Printing is a fast pace industry filled with tight death lines and fast turnaround; on top of that, the ever evolving industry creates new ways of printing, new design software, materials and products faster than ever before. B2sign aims to stay up to date on the latest technology, materials and services, that make up the large format products our customers demand and love. This is the main reason why the company seems to change process procedures often. It has nothing to do with management and it has nothing to do with our customers, its just the industry we chose. If you are looking for a job in printing this is the company to work for as its becoming a household name in the trade only printing world. If you want to work for this company make sure you come with willingness to work hard and study hard. Pay attention to your surroundings as this is a great place to start a career in printing. As far as the company's culture this is a very diverse company and that’s what makes it special. I have the pleasure of working with Asian, Mexican/Latino, Caucasian and African American peers, (frankly I don’t see anything wrong with that) but I've read some reviews here complaining about the company’s culture. In regards of salary this is a very competitive company, and in reality if you work hard and you apply yourself to your job your salary will increase in time, just like in any other company. The company doesn’t offer paid vacations but if you let management know ahead of time that you need to leave for a few days they’ll definitely accommodate. One of my favorite traditions at B2 is the end of the year/Christmas party. It is a great event celebrated the day before Christmas eve filled with music, food and drinks and a big raffle. Here you can win prizes and gifts, some of my peers have won LED TV's ( Isn’t that amazing?) We get most major holidays off, and we get paid sick days too. I really enjoy my Job here at B2 Sign Inc
