Worst place to work in my 10 year career - QA Automation Specialist BABEL Employee Review

- They sell the positions like an exiciting work but the actual day by day is a nightmare - They just care about money from the clients and dont care about you as an employee - They have a poor management in tools like workday that is impossible to use taking hours of your time - There are a lot of bureaucracy not only with clients but in the organization - In the client that i worked on (Walmart) they put me some assignments but after 2 months doing them they said to my Babel manager that i am not having proactivity, empowerment, and some subjective things that they didnt advertise when sell the position,
