      Pros

      As a relatively junior staff member, I was treated very well given lots of opportunities to learn from senior staff members with 20+ years of experience. Incredibly lucky.

      Cons

      The team culture was very different. I could sense that no one would care if I left the company. Didn’t make any friends ate lunch alone.
