Pros
Some good people that value the work they do and helping to coach the junior grades, less and less remain given lack of opportunities and savaging of the culture. From what I have seen you can join as a grad, not do much and get promoted off the back of that.
Cons
Fat-cat middle/senior management who are happy to do not much and pick up an over-inflated salary. Lack of Strategic direction, the company has changed from being a 'thinker' to a 'doer'. Clients now trust the hard thinking to other firms and use BAE to implement it. Too many free-riders.
