Pros
The company is full of great people, interesting technology, and has a relaxed working environment. Lots of employees have been there for decades so they must be doing something right!
Cons
Like any large company there is lots of bureaucracy and its takes a long time to make big decisions. The pay isn't great so they rely on people's interest in the engineering technologies, and the great working environment to keep them there.
