      Some interesting work Get to see interesting places around the world Work life balance excellent because there is nothing to do.

      Cons

      All engineering is gradually being outsourced to cheaper countries. Avoid if you are an engineer looking for a long term career.. you will be made redundant or forced to work on soul sucking projects. You are a number not a person. Employees are allocated to projects on a whim, breaking teams up. Very bad management. No leadership whatsoever for years.
