      Pros

      A hit the floor running entry to AI but helped by the open and welcoming culture and support from everyone. A genuinely exciting time as I was brought in to build a new transactional team in Leeds. AI is a refreshingly down to earth company where even the CEO and CFO sit in the open plan . Every person's opinion counts and is valued, all staff are encouraged to share their opinions.

      Cons

      I was impressed with IT on being given a laptop, user ID and passwords on day 1, but it can be confusing to finding your way around logging IT tickets correctly, even when the local IT guys are at hand to help.
