Horrible Leadership mixed with lack of direction. - Anonymous employee BAE Systems Employee Review

No movement up within the company. Leadership always changing, not in touch with employees. Workload is overwhelming, most working 6 days a week due to being so far behind on current projects. Benefits are not that great, they seem to find the most expensive plans. Pay is low, personally was 20% below area average. They have had a lot of good, 20+ year, employees leaving due to how its currently being ran. They, me included, found greener grass, more pay, better benefits, better hours, and less stress by moving on from this place.
