Pros
BAE has good benefits overall. They are the prime contractor for a good number of contracts within the U.S. government. This allows for a wide range of jobs from which to choose.
Cons
The biggest complaint is in regard to job promotion. The criteria for job promotion is largely a hidden secret. While there is documentation explaining different job titles and responsibilities, the method for receiving a promotion is never explained.
