      Pros

      To be honest there are no benefits that are not available at any other software company. Free kitkats is about all I can think of. (they got rid of free drinks and biscuits btw!)

      Cons

      You have to sign a waiver against your EU rights to not work more than 40 hours a week. Being a Software Engineer you are required to work at least 40 hours often ~50 and the salary is only £28k.

      There is a lot of opportunities for promotion if you stay the course and stand out a strong candidate.

      Cons

      Depending on the program you are working for, the work load can be overwhelming at times.
