      In terms of pros, none that are a very big deal. Typical compensation and benefit package for any US government contractor.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, working on weekends and holidays is often mandatory since BAE Systems consistently underbids in an effort to win more contracts, then expects employees to put in massive amounts of uncompensated overtime in order to meet contract requirements.
