Pros
Decent pay and good benefits. Most fellow workers and supervisors are collaborative and very willing to help. There are opportunities to move to different areas, roles, and job titles.
Cons
The initial training period/certification process is very intense, but once you get through it the work isn't too hard. As a new hire, you will likely be stuck in 2nd/3rd for years. If that does not work for you, this may not be the right fit for you.
