Pros
Honestly pretty generous pay here, I was able to learn a lot, 6 years into engineering so fairly new to the field. Saving up for my London flat.
Cons
Long hours, advertised as 40 hours/week but often became 45-50. Also, getting into the office for 6am was a real hassle sometimes with London being so busy.
