Great management, wonderful working environment, everyone is very supportive and respects one another, good pay, very inclusive (there is no bias here).

The only drawback is the benefits are a little below normal, but those are improving.

Manager is great, has a nice base salary.

Zero marketing. hundreds of cold calls and emails per day. You can go days without actually talking to anyone. It seems the market is very saturated. Pricing seemed high as 50%+ of proposals were rejected. Some companies were actually skipping having their audits done (risking a government audit and fines) because they didn't have the extra money in their budget to do it.
