      Pros

      There are some great people working here.

      Cons

      There are a lot of issues. 2nd generation has retired or taken a step back. 3rd generation is not ready to lead. It's a pretty toxic work environment for a lot of people especially in Nashville or at the corporate level. I wish I could get back the time I worked there.

      - Freedom to lead projects and think creatively - Supportive and approachable leadership - Strong values and positive company culture - Close-knit team with a genuine, family-owned vibe - Lots of opportunity to expand your skills

      - Resources can be limited depending on the department - Some internal processes could be more streamlined - Smaller team structure might not suit everyone

      Family owned, small business in Nashville.

      Cons

      Family owned, no growth opportunities if you're not a relation. 3rd generation Bailey's taking over, outlook not great. These young people haven't been in the trenches.
