      Gain a lot of international exposure.

      Cons

      Non - Fast pace , slow development and less creative innovative company. Poor HR where cannot provide a good policy to benefit the employee.

      Pros

      Management is not involved in the day to day care.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to care much about the well being of their client. They had asked me on a couple of occasions to do things that were morally and/or legally questionable.
