Vacation benefits are above average. Pay used to be above average as well, but with the company declining, that has gone away.

Management is irrational and abusive. They will sack people without even the courtesy of a conversation, or a performance improvement plan, which has created a toxic environment with no job security. HR is useless (when there is one.) Any dissatisfaction is seen as disloyalty, so you might as well leave before you're shown the door if you feel uncomfortable about anything. Never trust anyone with your thoughts, especially not management. The turnover is endless because no one can accomplish goals or feel ownership over their position. There is constant, multi-layered micromanagement from the newest cycle of leadership for the short time they last. Nobody can fully own their jobs. Communication breaks down because everyone is so busy watching their back. Management is always on a rabbit hunt for people to scapegoat for the company failure, because actual solutions aren't executed. Intelligent, capable, people are hired, their ideas ignored, and they are shown the door or they quit out of frustration. Either way, they are blamed for failures. Do not think you will be the exception. This place is hemorrhaging money for all of the reasons above. I would be surprised if they last through the next couple years. Furthermore, there is no career path here. BBA is a career killer.
