      Pros

      It has a professional, friendly and supportive work environment in which people are encouraged to pursue professional development. Compensation is benchmarked for industry and kept competitive. Benefits package is excellent and employer is very family-friendly. Nice gym/athletic facility available free of charge to employees.

      Cons

      No particular ones I can think of, though Tysons traffic is never fun!
