BBI Solutions Response
12yI have just become aware of this website and the below reviews.
I would like to thank the individuals who have taken the time to give this feedback. As a Company we always value the opinion of all of our people as it allows us to find ways to continually improve the business.
We have addressed a number of the points raised especially around the size of our facility in Madison which has meant an increase to our team size and workload as a result. We have brought in more site managers as well as new site leads in BBI Solutions and have a new senior structure across the group. We have also introduced “CORE” training across the BBI group in February of this year which is a series of training events enabling managers to gather the skills required to fulfil their role. Hopefully this along with the new intranet, BBI Connects will go some way to improve the communication issue which was also mentioned as a concern.
I am delighted to hear the team building provided is seen as a positive as well as the increasing new positions across the group. As the business continues to grow there are always plenty of opportunities for all of our talented employees and these roles can be viewed on all internal notice boards, on the intranet and sourced from the C&P department.
We really value all feedback, especially from employees who have been with the business for this length of time and whilst I respect your anonymity I am always open to a discussion and promise to listen. So please feel free to contact me directly or any of the C&P Team if you have any further feedback which you were not able to give in the last Big BBI Survey. We also have an anonymous feedback mechanism through the intranet as well as suggestion boxes in the canteens.
Thanks again,
Lucy Clementson-Mills
