1. No transparency to employees. Asked for employee survey but they never shared it to employees 2. No clear plans of where the product is headed to 3. Creates useless inapp features that people dont really care ex. bbmoji, group wars, bbm games, etc. 4. No work-life balance. People from different timezones should sync at least 3x a week. This is a requirement and they dont even give you an overtime nor work hours adjustment. You need to spend at least total of 5 hours out of your normal schedule every week. Imagine you lose a day every month without getting paid. 5. People here in Indonesia doesn't even know BBM still exists. 6. LOW salary package. 7. Keeps hiring people but never focused on the long time employees who really knows the product. 8. Kicked out a lot of VPs and assigned people who barely knows the process. 9. I dont recommend working here anymore. Unless the owner has a clear view of the values and mission, this company would go nowhere.
