Awful, awful and awful - Medical Oncologist BC Cancer Employee Review

Leadership does not have any vision and plan to improve the care and efficiency. They spend a lot of time in many meetings and there are no, zero and zilch results. It is sad. Run away if you can! I am looking for other opportunities.
