Everybody is like family. Very good work life balance.

I can’t think of any cons.

Generous with bonuses when available and offer a great benefits package. With the company being on the smaller end, it lends more to a family environment where everyone knows your name and you are not just another employee. The smaller staff size also allows departments to work more seamlessly together.

Being that it is a smaller company, it does not have the large capital available which makes it more vulnerable to market swings or upsets. When that happens, the company then has to conserve resources which does not allow for pay increases or bonuses at that time.
