Horrible is an understatement - Consultant BCS Technology Employee Review

Salaries never arrive on time and can get delayed for over 2 weeks at times. The owner holds onto salaries very frequently as a way of keeping employees in line and at times does not pay until resignation/notice is given. The company encourages corruption, and unethical code of conduct is sometimes complimented. Not a safe environment for females to work at times as some of the management are predators. The possibility of getting fired is constantly held against the employees at all times.
