1. They do not have any stack. This experience will not be useful if you want to switch. 2. Probation period is 6 month. During the 6 month period all you have to do is read book. Nothing much to learn. 3. Salary is not up to industry standard. 4. The main work is basically testing. No scope of learning new technology 5. Other than salary they provide nothing ( health insurance, provident fund, gratuity) 6.No refreshment given ( tea, coffee) 7. YOU CAN BE SACKED ANY TIME. THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU.
