Remote work isn't the best

Pay is decent but the BS they put you through isn't worth it.

Biggest issue: The CEO is an ego-maniac. Far too driven to expand at the cost of your sanity, your family life, and your general well being. Want to work weekends in sales even though you work in engineering? No problem! We got you covered! Oh wait, you DON'T wan to be forced to sign up to knock on doors on your free time? Too bad. Employees quickly come and go in this place for a reason. The management induced stress is through the roof. CEO is always talking about firing this or that person because they don't mold to his idea of a perfect employee. The company is near bankruptcy because the CEO is bent on wasting millions on "BEK Broadcasting", which is a huge money sink. Nobody I know stays at this place more than a couple years. Save yourself the hassle. Just say no.
