Company is very near to Palarivattom Metro station A very good workforce.
Cons
1. There is no process. A funny man so called "Boss" is the ultimate authority (No other hierarchies and roles). 2. All the requirements, plans, designs etc. are only in his mind and nowhere else. The deadlines are terribly unrealistic. 3. 0% Job security. You can be terminated from the company at any time. 4. Treating employees like slaves. More than 10 hours work and need to work on the weekends too. If you resist, you will be fired. 5. No leaves even though the most important events in our life. If you take sick leave medical certificate is mandatory. 6. No intervention by BEO HR on the matters like leave, timing etc. 7. Unprofessional conversations using abusive language. 8. 3 Months notice period. (The most terrible thing is to survive the 3 months after you put resignation ). Note: Please ask advise from any of the current or previous employee from ACT, So you can get a 1000 other reasons for not opting this unprofessional company
