The company has a very poor work culture driven by ineffective and unsupportive senior management. Decisions are often made without transparency or fairness, and there have been instances of abrupt and unjust treatment of employees. Not an ideal place for experienced professionals seeking stability, respect, and growth in Australia. I would not recommend this organization to anyone looking for a healthy and ethical work environment.
