Great modern offices with a busy, fun atmosphere. No specific dress code and the exec team surprise the staff with free chocolate & sweets on a regular basis as a thank you for our hard work. During the recent hot weather this has even been upgraded to free ice-cream! Salary is very competitive & the pension offering 7.5% contribution from the company is excellent. There’s great support from the management team to identify potential and develop skills of individuals and they are constantly recognising and rewarding hard work with development opportunities. The head office has a social team to arrange events like nights out, summer parties and sporting activities which helps to create great team work. Couple all this with the Surface Pro you’re given to work on and the option to take home, plus an office dog to keep us entertained in the day I can honestly say I haven’t worked in a better place!
