      Pros

      Office staff, KAM's and engineers are all friendly and a good laugh and very hard working. Office space is great.

      Cons

      Below average pay despite increase of workload and tenure. Felt like pay was falling behind inflation despite big buisness wins for the company. Service Delivery Team pay for new starters was higher than experienced admin staff at one point.

      Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

      Cons

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
