Pros

Company vehicle, credit card, uniforms and shoes paid. Tools paid for. Holidays paid.

Cons

No home life. Worked to death. Company doesn't care if you suffer from heat exhaustion. They only care about how much money you make them. Awful health care plans. Expensive 401k. Won't match. Doesn't offer enough money to have retirement. Management has no idea what's going on and are bullies.
