      Pros

      A firm with an entrepreneurial spirit and highly intelligent individuals who as a team has advised numerous owners and operators of real estate on complex capital raising and advisory situations.

      Cons

      Both a pro and a con, it is owned by a global asset manager with about $250 billion of assets under management. It is a very, very small part of the overall business.
