Pros
The only Pro was the bonuses, however management changed the format of the bonuses. Employees are no longer able to see the percentage of where they are at month to date thus working blind and if we reach bonus the pay for it will not be approved until 2 month after the fact. When it use to be on the following pay period.
Cons
Unorganized, hostile work enviroment. Human Resources does nothing to follow up with harassment. No training across the board. Some in management have no prior experience. No teamwork between departments. Everyone suffers from pointing finger syndrome and not me syndrome. Bonus structure changed and since then employees have not been informed as to what the changes are. Lack of communication. When asking for help frowned upon. Overall company moral is poor. Even asking for office supplies, you have to brace through the harsh words of the person who hands out supplies as if it was their own supplies. This company promises at the start upward movement to progress but does not follow through, no opportunities for growth. Lacking good work ethic. I gave this no star I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it's their last resort.
