Pros
Good insurance policy (private medical insurance, life insurance) public transport or parking place paid. Also they don't have monetary problems and payment (including benefit pays) is always on time. If you fit in the company lifestyle, is very stable (until now, at least).
Cons
BICS Spain is a subsidiary of BICS Belgium with only 15 employees in Spain and the possibilities of improving inside the company are very limited. Also Spanish management has an outdated view of the business model and is very authoritative. Currently the mother company has started some ambitious acquisitions that in the future could impact the financial stability.
