Pros
Nice package, company car and paid leave, they don’t cheat on the bonuses, many great fun people.
Cons
Lack of tech knowledge at top level, so strategic decisions are taken based on who screams lowder and kisses a$$ better. Execs (including HR) tolerate all kinds of micro aggressions and harassment, and perpetrators even get promoted when later. Unqualified bored leaders are moved around to lead other teams through reorgs “to grow”.
