      There are no pros when it comes to this company.

      Cons

      They will lie to you in order to get people hired from day 1. The management tells you one thing in order to get you to accept the position, but the day you start it never becomes true. If you are not canadian you are a nobody. The pay is horrible for the work you do. You will never move up here.

      Pros

      Good hours Good benefits more than fair pay Good team dynamics Impactful work Generally direct bosses are great All of my coworkers are wonderful people and great to work with

      Cons

      Most of the upper management is obsessed with AI while missing meaningful development at a much simpler level Poor communication between teams/divisions They often hold grudges and use personal feelings to make business decisions instead of delegating to experts Similar to above they often promote based on nepotism and unqualified people end up leading projects they have no knowledge or training on
