Good food and cab facility for employees Very good experience for a fresher to learn various aspects of manufacturing

Cons

No systematic organizational hierarchy Not very open to implement own ideas.. No appreciation for good performance Not much effort taken by management to develop interpersonal relationship between employees.. No respect to candidates appearing for interview. Took interview after making me wait for 3 hours
