      Honestly, there's nothing good about here.

      Cons

      Every con you can think of in any startup. No good projects. No management. zero leaning if you are hired as an intern, (they would humiliate you and make you work on weekends if you are not familiar with the technologies they are working on) The list goes on.

      The team at BITCS.in is incredibly supportive and always ready to help. It’s a fantastic place for people who want to learn and grow, especially in an online environment. The work culture is collaborative, and seniors are approachable. Projects are interesting and give good exposure to real-world challenges.

      Cons

      Honestly, not much to complain about. Work can get a bit fast-paced at times, but it’s always a part of learning and growing.
