Pros
BKCW is my first job out of college and I couldn't be any happier with my choice to come work here so far. The leadership has been incredible, the people I work with have been so welcoming, and there has already been opportunities for me to grow professionally. I feel challenged to continue to become a better employee and they have provided me the tools and expertise I need to do that. I hope that I am fortunate to work here for years to come.
Cons
The one piece of constructive criticism I would have is that I wish the training for new hires would have been more organized or structured. While I had plenty of help and veteran employees willing to field my questions I do wish the training process was a little more thought out. That being said this company is growing FAST and training new hires can definitely be a challenge. I know they are already working to improve these processes and I look forward to seeing other having success with their training.
