Unconscious Bias - Anonymous employee BKL Employee Review

There is very clear bias at BKL. More than 50% of the worforce are from ethnic backgrounds, yet 0% of the senior management team are from this background. The managers push favoured members of staff and openly discriminate against staff that they do not like. The management are phoney and the whole ethos of the firm is based around false values. So many members of staff have left without a new job to go to.
