Part of the new hires constitutes the young, educated portion of the staff. Often they have interesting previous experiences or have exposure to international culture. HR can be helpfull.

Compensation is terrible with yearly salary growth closer to 0% than they are to 3%. Not appropriate at all taking the increase in profit the recent years. Very local culture with a lot of politics. As per the presence monitoring it is close to a prison. Training almost none existent.
