Everything is aligned with the startup vision, and everyone is always caring about our customers and users. It's a really great place to work in! And the company's really flexible in everything.

It's a startup, in a really powerful moment of the growth, but still a startup. We don't have a lot of managers, and the teams expect everyone to get involved in every new feature, problem or improvement we work in. Some "departments" or teams are really fresh, so a lot of things are still in process of stabilizing, but that also means everyone has an opportunity to decide how things will go in the future.
