Pros
The people at BLR are enjoyable to work with. Everything is about getting the job done and not about personalities. We support a lot of big concerts in the summer months...keeps things interesting.
Cons
As the company continues to grow the benefits package could improve. Training is more hands on but some structured training program would be beneficial.
