Overworked when on a smaller account.

Good management and transparency with how the business is doing. Flexible working arrangements without any micro managing. Company puts effort to reward and recognise good work.

Onboarding and training process could be improved. Feel at times the workload is a bit heavy and it’s difficult and time consuming to get additional resources.
