I have been working at BMI Lab and it has been an amazing experience. The company culture is great and the team is very supportive and collaborative. The management is very approachable and encourages employee growth and development. The work-life balance is also great, with flexible work hours and remote work options available.

- freedom and responsibility, there is enough room to create your own niche and develop your own projects - flexibility to work remotely - connection with the Uni St. Gallen shapes interesting opportunities

The way they create and execute their strategy feels sometimes too ad hoc. As a small team this can work though
