Business Outlook

Pros

Serving entrepreneurs and helping businesses grow is satisfying work. Flexibility of work arrangement. Co-workers are amazing. Opportunity to make connections globally is a big plus. Bonuses available if you can meet the extremely high expectations.

Cons

Upper Management doesn't walk-the-talk of Givers Gain and men/women are compensated differently. Compensation for female directors is same value as a clerk in another company while expectations are that of an executive seat. Expectations are extremely high while pay remains below market value. There are consequences for speaking up, Zero health/group benefits and no pension plans
