      Good Salary, Good office and cafeteria

      Cons

      There is a lot of discrimination and no matter how much you work they will just fire you stating some random excuses and trying to find your mistake so that they can layoff. A lot of politics is there.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok, sick and PTO time are good.

      Cons

      Got hired at a certain salary and was told that with all the OT I would be allowed, I would be at where I needed to be with my salary. 6 months in they took OT to a minimum. Promotions and raises are pretty much nonexistent. Everything is getting automated and/or being given to India. Hybrid but forced to be in office 4 days
