Pros

The coworkers are great to work with, and sometimes the projects are fun titles.

Cons

Management oversells projects to clients and goes way over budget to fulfill this overpromise. As of late, there have been many many rounds of layoffs and pay cuts, while simultaneously implementing more use of internal AI tooling that replace whole teams that were lost - we as employees can only assume this is due to poor financial planning. And yet management will continue to let go of those beneath them who actually do the work in an attempt to save their own jobs - does any company really need this many directors compared to actual workers? And this just makes the workload for everyone else extremely high, with people having to clock in 50 hour work weeks or above. This company is run by a friend group and if you're not in, you're at risk of being out.

Pros

Great team members to work with, incredible breadth of jobs and high profile projects to work on.

Cons

Staff are hilariously underpaid and the company maintains a "campus" of five buildings in the middle of Hollywood - and only one of them is fully occupied. One is empty and the rest have a skeleton crew of staff at any given day. Management is also incredibly out of touch with the needs of the staff and think that morale bandages like pastries in the morning and food trucks help, instead of paying their staff what they deserve.
